UNESCO

UNESCO has what is know as the UNESCO Associated Schools Network. I found that many of their ideas related to the guiding principles of Eco-literacy.

they have 4 pillars of learning and themes of study which are stated below. I know at one time applying to be a candidate school was discussed in our division but has since been dropped. I would be interested in finding out more about the process as time allows.
